We knew this was the one the first time we saw it. The size was right, the location was perfect, and the street had a quiet pride of ownership that made us feel at home right away.

This house has held so much life. Christmas mornings with the kids tearing into presents, cinnamon rolls and sparkling cider on the table. Movie nights with everyone piled onto both couches. Halloweens when we decorated like crazy and handed out candy to a parade of costumes. The kitchen, with its great light, is where all the good food & great conversations happened.

Outside, we spent countless hours throwing the ball for our dogs and tending the enclosed front garden. Over the years we replaced the windows, added AC, a water softener, updated the floors and showers, laid pavers, put in a new driveway, covered the front porch, and built a new fence. Neighbors told us it was the nicest house in the neighborhood.

The neighbors here look out for each other, and the sound wall keeps home surprisingly quiet. Still, we'd walk to Valley Fair when holiday parking got crazy, and Santana Row, 280, and 880 are all minutes away.
