We knew this was the one the first time we saw it. The size felt right, the location was perfect for us, and the street had a quiet pride of ownership that made us feel at home right away.

This house has held so much life: Christmas mornings with the kids tearing into presents, cinnamon rolls and sparkling cider on the table, movie nights with everyone piled onto both couches, and Halloweens when we decorated like crazy and handed out candy to a parade of costumes. The kitchen, with its beautiful light, was where we made so much good food and had great conversations.

Outside, we spent countless hours throwing the ball for our dogs and tending the enclosed front garden. Over the years, we replaced the windows, added air conditioning and a water softener, updated the floors and showers, laid pavers, put in a new driveway, covered the front porch, and built a new fence. We’ve loved caring for this home.

Our neighbors look out for one another. We could walk to Valley Fair when holiday parking got crazy, and Santana Row was close enough to enjoy whenever we wanted. With 280 and 880 nearby, getting around was easy, too.
